There will be a Special Meeting of the Congregation, called by the Board of Trustees, at 12:00 noon on Sunday, January 29, 2012. Read is the agenda for the meeting.

The Board meets every third Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. in Rm 1. These meetings are open to Members and Friends. All are welcome.

The Board of Trustees shall consist of(9 voting members) the four(4) officers, five (5) members elected at large. Each Board member(except the President) shall serve as a liaison to represent one of the seven (7) Standing Committees and the Alliance, and serve as an active member of that committee.

The Standing Committees shall be as follows: Building and Grounds, Program and Denominational Affairs, Finance, Membership and Public Relations, Religious Education, Caring, and Action for Social Justice. The functional descriptions of the Standing Committees shall be published annually.

COMMITTEE RESPONSIBILITIES. The responsibilities of the Standing Committees and of any Ad Hoc Committees, such as Annual Canvass and Rummage Sale, shall be determined by the President, subject to the approval of the Board of Trustees.
